I booked an appointment after a weekend of relatively intense exercise (relentless festival walking) suffering a lot of pain in my feet and legs. I was very stiff and inflexible but the masseuse made sure I wasn't uncomfortable during the process.
I felt much better after the session and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!
