Miriam has had a long interest in the human body and started her massage journey learning Thai yoga massage in India 20 years ago. After a long break she returned to being a massage therapist just before covid. When she’s not treating clients, she teaches yoga. She is fascinated by the body and mind as a whole which informs her work as a massage therapist. She sees massage as a tool to not only work on the various muscles and release physical tension but also a way to allow the client to let go and relax deeply. Her approach to massage is client centred and will always be tailored to reflect the clients preferences and needs.
Adele is the owner of Aloha Massage and has been practicing for 10 years. She is passionate about providing a little slice of peace for her clients. She uses her 'tool kit' of techniques including, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Fascial work to truly offer tailored massage that are effective but you can still come away with that super relaxed feeling. Adele is a trauma informed therapist and creates a safe and welcoming space.
