As usual a fantastic massage from Adele, she starts be pinpointing areas that need special attention and then works her magic. During my massage work on my neck began triggering sympathetic discomfort in my thigh and Adele immediately knew what to work on there to ease my muscles. I always go away looser, more mobile and flexible and infinitely more relaxed. Adele is very talented, professional and I can trust her to get to and resolve my aches & pains.
