This had all the elements of a brilliant massage - a beautiful, serene and clean environment and a friendly, knowledgable and attentive therapist. After my massage, as well as the reduction in muscle aches, I had a sense of peace and calm that I hadn't felt in quite some time, perhaps attributable to some particular techniques Adele uses. It was beautiful! I am so lucky that Aloha massage is local to me. 100% recommend.
