With an ongoing back problem, I needed someone who was understanding and able to adjust the treatment to my needs. Adele was definitely this, with a comprehensive consultation beforehand and regular checks with me throughout, to ensure that I was comfortable. The massage increased in pressure as my muscles warmed up and at no time was anything painful, on the contrary, the whole treatment was relaxing and therapeutic. Adele is very professional and the the treatment room has a lovely calming atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend Aloha Massage and if you have a back problem, do not let this put you off, you will benefit from the treatment.
