very relaxing massage tailored to my needs, lovely experience. Technique was different to my other massages in that it was quite slow paced, but firm. But it meant there were no painful or flinchy bits and I was able to relax all the way through.

Very relaxing and calming. A lovely welcome from Adele, who really took time to listen to what I wanted. Very relaxing massage and deep tissue massage where it was needed that made my neck and shoulders feel amazing and a wonderful head massage at the end. That was my favourite.
