The staff at Charley Alice's Salon were very welcoming when I got there, Adele still had a client so I had a very short wait till my massage.
I was suprised by the location it's quite a walk out of town from where I live. Better for people who drive. But it was also nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Brighton town.
Adele was lovely and friendly. She put me at ease and my massage was fanatstic. I felt relaxed and at peace for the rest of the day. She really popped all those knots in my shoulders.
I shall be going back soon, highly recommended.
