The venue was pleasant and has a garden area surrounding the premises The treatment room was warm and softly but clearly lit. It was immediately relaxing. Adele made me very welcome and communicated very well in advance of the facial and from the moment we met at the appointment. The bespoke facial was of excellent quality and all of the products were delightful. I noticed the positive changes in my skin straight away. I felt happy and uplifted. I have booked my next facial.
