I had a 30-minute foot massage and it was incredible! Miriam incorporated multiple therapeutic techniques, leaving my feet and calves totally relaxed. I didn't want it to end! I would highly recommend localised massages, as you don't realise how much 30 minutes is the minimum required to get all the benefits of the massage. Miriam was really attuned to any aches and pains I had and tailored the massage accordingly.
