Sarah Treated me after i had had spent 2 weeks in Africa , she really listened to me and asked what i wanted and needed.

Adele listened to what I needed and catered an exceptional treatment addressing tightness in my shoulders and a general need to relax. She is always friendly, professional and brings such emotional awareness to her work- phenomenal therapist and space. Everything in the treatment room is well thought out, including decor and an area for your belongings- a real little haven in Brighton - always such a treat to have a treatment here
