Went in with pain in my lower back and shoulders and knee! Adele was amazing at listening to my body and used fascial techniques, felt like I was being guided back together again, the back pain and shoulder tension has totally eased and I feel as if I have a new knee! I was made really comfortable with lots of pillows and the whole experience was blissful! 10/10 can’t wait to go again!

Miriam was absolutely exceptional. She spent 20 minutes finding out about me and devising what the best approach for my massage would be, rather than standard, this was a bespoke experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed the massage, didn’t want it to end and the after benefits have been superb and really helped my back. I shall be booking another massage with Miriam very soon.
