Had booked my appointment for 6 but had to wait til 6:35 due to an earlier customer. The lady before me hadn't even begun to get her nails painted until about 20 minutes into my scheduled time, which made me suspect there'd been a double booking. I had a meeting at 7 so had to chase Tim, who to his credit was very apologetic and had already offered a massage chair to keep comfortable while waiting. The actual removal was also super quick and painless and he made sure I got out on time.
