The guy that did my nail “Tim” was very rude ! I booked my appointment online and paid online. When he reached half way he told me that i had to pay another £15 for the length and for it to be painted! I also paid to get a “luxury pedicure” and he just soaked my feet and painted it tacky! I don’t think I’ll be back at that shop ! His service was very poor ! I left the shop with half done nails , no nail polish just acrylic!
On the other hand the lady that did the hair was very respectful and professional!

I can’t believe someone can do nails so unprofessionally and charge this amount of money. Each of my nails looks different, sides of every nail has been left without polish.
Even I got convinced to do gel colour as it last longer and it’s £10 extra. One nail chipped of just 2 days later.
I went to this place because I was visiting a friend and it’s not convenient to go back there and get it fix. Anyways, I don’t think so man who did my nails is capable to do them properly.
