One very good treatment, one good. As a salon this place is poorly managed with extended waits for treatments, repeated questioning of how much you paid for your treatments and repeated apologies from staff over confusions between treatments & customers.
Woman was 10 minutes late arriving at the salon, it was not clean. There was really poor communication as to what was happening with the appointment, and just pointed to another member of staff, unclear if this was for me or the other lady also waiting for her late appointment. All in all pretty poor experience, won't be returning.
