Booking the refill was misleading in itself, saying it was “gel powder” which just meant acrylic powder and normal polish not gel polish. The woman who did my nails was lovely but did not paint them right, they were not fan dried in between coats and so after 3 coats they were still wet underneath. Therefore even 5 hours after I had them done they were ruined. Waste of money and a lot of time spent at the salon for nothing.

Great as always! The two ladies weren't aware I had an appointment booked online when I arrived, but they did their best to fit me in, and the pedicure looks beautiful, a very thorough job. Great massage chair too!

Great haircut and good service in that arena. Nice people too. The royal shave though is daylight robbery. I paid £20 for a once over with a razor, and then a once over with the straight razor where I got cut multiple times. Why can I pay around £8 for a hot towel shave but when I pay £20 I don’t get a hot towel or any extra stuff and instead get my face diced up? Still managed to have a healthy amount of stubble left over at the end too so it wasn’t even a good shave. Massive waste of money.

Absolute great service from Aster. She took the time to understand how I wanted my hair to look, and repeatedly tonged my hair until it was silky straight. My hair stayed sleeked pressed for about two weeks. Very impressed :)
