Sorry everyone but I need to write a lot, to explain everything. When you had a lot of awful, bad and/or not so good experiences and finally you had an Amazing experience.. then this person deserves an amazing feedback, no? Tim is professionally great! 5+ stars! He is fast and so precise (with no remake form after the acrylic is dry!!!). Very great with customers. I saw him making them sit on massage chair while theirs nails are drying. The customer service is really great.
Tim is really professional and humble and a great person as well. And, most important, his service is actually so much better then so many and many I've tried for 10 years to my sensitive nails, in different countries in Europe, and around the world. Yes, of course it can be because he has 10+ years of experience. But I saw salons in centre with so expensive services and with professionals there who made me suffer.. what can I say?.. Yes, I am actually a difficult customer. I "gave up" on myself because I am very sensitive on everything! (maybe it's true that it's because I am ginger)..
But with Tim I should not even speak!... (How is it possible? No comment.) First time I came in salon and I didn't even say how sensitive I am, on a lot of my nails (too many years of nails damage..). With Tim I didn't even was scared (and I am so chicken! Oh, believe me!..) No really, girls! This service is amazing! You can read different great feedback (or even look on bad of some just complaining people), but the truth is: until you don't try it yourself you will not know it.. what I and other his so happy customers mean. Try it - Love it!
PS: I'm moving to another side of London (very far from Finsbury Park station) and I will come back, just for this amazing service he does! 😎👍🥳 Thank you, Tim!!! 10 Stars! :)

When I arrived I doscovered they adfutional charge to take off previous acrylic, then that the full set does not include overlay in shellac. I was very upset about this as it was not clear on the venue services. I got my acrylic away for 8 pound and I left. Tim has been very kind whilst I was getting very disappointed. I suggest to specify clearly the services.
