I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 15 minutes for my therapist without any communication from the other staff at the salon. However, when Bhumi arrived she was very apologetic about the wait and very lovely. She was super friendly, efficient and most importantly did a great job with the treatments. She gave me really good advice also. I will definitely be going back to her.

I would never go to Alpha again. Rushed, poor manicure, limited choice of colours. I think it was a poor quality Shelkac product . I had to rest my arms over the nail curing machine. There was no arm rest so the whole thing was uncomfortable. I did not feel pampered , the light was poor. When I got home and had a closer inspection , my nails did not look amazing it looked amateur. Dont waste your money even if it's a special offer
