Arrived at the venue and was questioned about whether I was sure I had booked my appointment so I showed them my confirmation email and then I was told she had already gone home for the day. Then was asked if my number could me taken so that they could let me know when it was convenient for her. They could have at least contacted me beforehand to let me know she had gone home before I made the effort to go to the salon.
