Pretty clean but I did see a cockroach crawl across the mirror... they weren't organised and didn't know the treatment I wanted so ended up giving me a blowdry when I just wanted a wash and cut. The cut was alright. A bit shorter than I wanted though

Tim did an AMAZING job with my Shellac manicure! Very proffessional and a lovely person! I wish there were more dark colors to choose from as most of them were very bright. Still, amazing service, I am definitely coming back!
