Great place my wax lasted a very long time and hair grew back soft, she was very nice and recommended a calmer treatment for
My first time , she offered other treatments and did my eyebrows well

The beautician was 15 minutes late and tried to upsell the more expensive wax even though I stated I didn’t want to pay more. The wax itself was painful but overall fine.

Fairly decent place for the price paid.
Few points
- They has no idea I had an appointment booked very bad communication between staff.
- Tim who did my nails was nice at first but when I brought up that the shape of the nails were uneven his whole demeanour change I tried to explain but it just got to tense.
- I am left with wonky shaped nails with uneven acrylic and a massive chunk out of one of my fingers where actual flesh is visible from the drill cutting me.
- A man who I presume to be the owner say next to us watching which made the whole experience even more awkward as I felt I was being watched the whole time.
Overall experience I will not be going back Due to the above reasons.
