I turned up for my appointment and nobody was there except somebody cleaning the floors. He told me someone would arrive shortly. After waiting for 20 minutes nobody turned up. Disappointed.

Very poor Hollywood, took a long time and was very painful. I feel that the therapist was quite inexperienced and the quality of the actual wax used was poor. I will not be coming back.

Had to wait half an hour before I actually got my nails done as there was another customer ahead of me but once I got the treatment I was very pleased. Good manicure and pedicure has lasted very well. Therapist was very friendly and it was great value for money.

Highly recommend Tim Handsome, he was very friendly, professional, constantly ensured that I was comfortable, gave me some advice, I enjoyed the treatments, would gladly give the treatments 10 stars.
