The lady who did my eyelashes started by telling me off for booking infills instead of waiting for all the eyelashes to fall out then getting a full set (which baffled me, why offer infills?). She then proceeded to use the worlds hardest and pointiest eyelashes to poke me with for an hour, sticking multiple eyelashes onto my waterline instead of my eyelash line. She glued my eyes together and spent 10 minutes with a picker pulling open my eyes and picking glue off my lashes then after I told her the experience was extremely painful didn’t apologise or offer to give me discount. Instead she decided to tell me that I should come back when all my lashes have fallen out and get a full set with her. I think not.

It's the first salon I've tried in London for nail extensions but I'm not that happy with how they worked out and I found their colour selection very limited. I wouldn't go back again.

Guy who did my nails was very friendly. Salon itself is a bit tired though.
