I visited the salon to have my lash extensions removed. Some of the remover got into my eyes and the stinging was awful. When she hsd finally finished i had a look and there was still glue attached to one of my lashes so she had to use more remover that got into my eyes again. The lady was overall very polite and professional during the process but I wasn't impressed when she tried to charge me £15 instead of £12 which was stated on the Treatwell website, she showed me the brochure pointing out that £12 was for strip lashes removal and then she realised I had booked through the Treatwell website which had a reduced price. I also wasn't told until I was ready to pay that they only take cash so I had to visit a cash point and come back to pay. Not the best experience for me.

Eyebrow threading was perfect. Very efficient and didn’t hurt at all. Stuck to my original shape without taking too much off. Eyelash tint looked amazing, eyebrow tint was a little dark for my skin tone initially but after a few days looked better. Definitely would return as excellent value for money!
