Good points:
*Great location. It's only a minute from Finsbury park.
*Wide variety of nail colors to choose from.
*Relatively clean and organised

*Manage online bookings better
My order details were not passed on to the manicurist. It took me a whole 20 min to explain myself to him ( he didn't speak proper English and none of the front desk staff who received my booking were willing to help >and yes i asked for assistance<).
Just another example of how team communication and cohesion makes it easier to manage bookings.
*The staff were not aware of the prices of the services offered and kept referring one to a price list pinned near the door. Since clients sometimes decide to add a new service whilst being worked on, it helps if the staff know more about the services the business offers or at least offer to assist a client and find out (especially if a client is in no position to get up and do it themselves). Another idea is to have price lists on tables/work spaces in the salon or to pin up more price lists around the salon.
*There was a double booking made and the lady who came in shortly after I arrived had to wait a whole hour to be worked on. No apologies made.
