Lovely friendly and very professional service. Would have liked the shellac to have been applied right to the skin on my finger nails, but other than that - great job and would use again.

The beautician who did my manicure, Semira was absolutely lovely, a real pleasure to be around. She was attentive, friendly and chatty which was just what I like. She knew exactly what polish colour I was after and I was impressed with the result. I would deffo recommend just for her!

I really felt my hairdresser, at Alpha Unisex Hair and Beauty Salon, wanted to do a good job... and he did. As a man, I am used to a rush job but not this time. I strongly recommend!

Samira is a lovely lady and really puts you at ease. Unfortunately my skin is very sensitive, above all in the bikini area and she didn't seem to take it into account. Her straps were a few times painful and I decided to avoid the Brazilian, although I had paid for it. She gave me a high bikini, but still it was a bit painful and I couldn't wait for her to finish. I am aware that my skin is not easy, but I have been to other salons were they managed to treat it perfectly.

Samira is very friendly and likeable. Immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. She's new to the space there, and it wasn't what I was expecting as you go downstairs to the basement.
