I had a remedial massage and it was amazing. Far better than my Physiotherapy sessions could ever be.
I left there feeling brilliant and with very little pain like I'd gone in with. I also had a special tape put on me which was very surprising as I didn't think it would help in the way that it did but it was so supportive to my injury.

This place has such a relaxing vibe to it. As soon as you walk in you feel less stressed. Staff are lovely and welcoming. I had £30 package of massage, facial & reiki. Excellent value. Left feeling lighter & refreshed. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to alternatively Better for a few years now and have recommended to friends and family. I received a gift voucher for my birthday and booked a back massage along with reflexology with Dawn. It was amazing! The ambience is perfect. I rebooked a couple of weeks later for my first reiki season with Tracey and will be revisiting soon for my second! They offer such a good range of therapies, I would highly recommend.
