I had a wonderful treatment a while back which my friends booked for me...
I enjoyed the massage a lot but the only problem I had with it is I'm a larger lady and I think my weight affected the massage bed as it squeaked the whole time, very embarrassing for me and the poor girl kept apologising...
I can't fault the massage but I don't think I'd go back there just because of how awkward it felt
TL:DR Perfect in every way, can't recommend them enough!
Customer service was amazing. I had to reschedule twice to a family emergency and they were only too happy to accommodate me and squeeze me in on a Saturday too!
The salon is beautiful, I felt relaxed and welcome as soon as I stepped through the door. I was 5-10 mins late due to bus problems and I was reassured and wasn't meant to feel bad about it, like I've experienced elsewhere in the past.
The treatment was lovely. The lady who was looking after me immediately made me feel comfortable and chatted away to me in a friendly manner. We immediately found common ground in our love for animals and it felt like I'd known her for way more than the few minutes I'd been there. She was so lovely and made the whole experience very enjoyable indeed. She definitely made me want to go back in the future and I feel like I've found my new routine salon to use.
I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted that day. The treatment was thorough, not rushed but not too slow either. She made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout and had a giggle at my complete wussyness despite being extensively tattooed and pierced.
I'm very happy with the result. My eyebrows have been over-plucked since I was a teenager but she still managed to leave me looking as if I actually have eyebrows, without dying my skin or making me look unnatural. I definitely give the whole experience 10/10 - 100% - 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I'll be back soon for sure!!!

I booked last minute pregnancy massage as I have been having terrible problems with my sciatica. This was honestly the best massage I have had in ages I felt so relaxed. I came away and slept for an hour and 45 mins.
Thankyou so much, moving out of the area in a few weeks but hoping to get in again before I leave.
