I wasn't able to have this appointment as they hadn't realised it was booked and they didn't have the wax available. The studio is very lovely and the receptionist was nice about it, next time I'll phone to check.

Coming here is always the most perfect experience: and I nearly had to be scraped off the massage table! All the staff here come across as extremely professional and couldn't be more pleasant: treatments here are relaxed and unhurried, and real care and attention is paid to your concerns. I really can't praise Alternatively Better highly enough.
Swedish Massage
Lovely welcome, lovely venue, lovely staff, very calm and relaxed. She asked me my preferences offered me more time and generally felt made me feel very welcome. The only issue I could report is that I was under the impression that the treatment was one and a half hours and really it was around one hour ten or 15. Started are 4.30pm, it was due to finish at 6 but I was in my car by 17:52. That said I would definitely visit again.
