She asked me my preferences offered me more time and generally felt made me feel very welcome. The only issue I could report is that I was under the impression that the treatment was one and a half hours and really it was around one hour ten or 15. Started are 4.30pm, it was due to finish at 6 but I was in my car by 17:52. That said I would definitely visit again.

I booked a pedicure on a whim and Alternatively Better was a great choice. The staff were lovely and the venue was very relaxing - just what I needed.

The Indian head massage was absolutely amazing - really relaxing and the best one I've ever experienced. The facial left my skin glowing and soft. It's taken me a very long time, but I've finally found a beauty practice in Liverpool to call home: the atmosphere here is lovely- serene and relaxing- and the therapists are professional, pleasant and absolutely brilliant at what they do.
