I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years and have always had such positive experiences with the same, lovely therapist. Unfortunately therapists aren’t named on the booking. Today it was someone new, who did not confidently thread my brows or ask me how I wanted them to start with. When she moved onto waxing, she was rude and sighing, and I was made to feel an inconvenience and unattractive.
I left upset, and embarrassed from the experience and will not be returning or recommending.

came off really quickly wasn’t really the image, i wanted a subtle look as shown but it was completely different. it stung a lot but i was left alone for ages taking care of myself whilst she was tending to another customer without letting me know
