I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years and have always had such positive experiences with the same, lovely therapist. Unfortunately therapists aren’t named on the booking. Today it was someone new, who did not confidently thread my brows or ask me how I wanted them to start with. When she moved onto waxing, she was rude and sighing, and I was made to feel an inconvenience and unattractive.
I left upset, and embarrassed from the experience and will not be returning or recommending.
