Hollywood Waxing
You get what you pay for. The service was cheap but so was the quality. I'm usually against complaining about companies but I feel like this is important to say. The establishment wasn't aesthetically pleasing and looked quite dirty. The room was tiny. The wax was okay- she did miss a few hairs. The main reason I left the salon so unimpressed though was because of the customer service from the staff. I didn't have any cash on me and as the service was under £20, they didn't want me to use my card. This was completely understandable. I left to go to a bank machine while my friend stayed in the salon and waited for me. Another staff member came out while I was gone to complain to her colleague about the fact that I didn't have cash on me, they then went out the back to talk about it some more as they realised my friend was still there. I was more then happy to go and get cash for them, I really don't appreciate that they felt they had the need to moan and complain about it to each other in front of my friend. Their overall attitude throughout the service wasn't great. I won't be going back there again.
Ladies' Waxing
This salon is very good value for money. It's not very luxurious in there- but you get what you pay for and I have always found the treatments to be good. My therapist was very friendly. I had a Brazilian wax which was carried out efficiently. The therapist made me feel relaxed.
