I was satisfied with my nail treatment but it has to be said the atmosphere is awful! The beautician was not interested in her job at all and did not look happy. The place needs a complete rennovation - there are posters which look like they are from decades ago and the whole place feels very dated and shambolic. The customer service was poor and throughout the entire visit, I had a man (presumably the Owner of the business) watching over my and the staffs every move. It didn't make for a nice working environment for them nor a nice environment for me to have a treatment in! I will not be paying a returning visit for love nor money.
