Disappointed that I instructed clinician to not file my nail that had fungal infection so as not to contaminate my other nails. She says she would use an old file for that toe but in the end she must have forgot because she was using the same file on all nails and the same cuticle pusher too.
Also there was a miscommunication between therapists and resulted in one of them stabbing her finger so much into the polish on my big toe nail polish that it would have to be redone . But as I already sat for 30 and had planned for sitting only another 10 mins not another 30 I had to just accept going home with it as it was.
I had to push really hard to get a 20 percent discount for their error the therapist who made the error eventually agreed with a smile but the other one had a face of thunder saying I should have worn flip flops. Which was not the issue at all, 40 mins of drying time has always been ample for me and would have been in this case too if the mistake had not happened.
I've really never experienced such lack of courtesy. When I went to the counter I was embarrassed for them and expected them to say it's on the house, I certainly didn't expect to have to barter for 20 per cent off!
So rather disappointing.
