Staff really friendly, was seen straight away,
I bought a wowcher for individual eyelash extensions, and on arriving at the salon was told it was for cluster lashes which is not the same thing. Services offered need to be advertised more clearly. Also lashes started falling out immediately on the next morning

Really friendly and great value - I'm paying a lot less here than I used to pay for threading but am just as happy with the result.
Facial Threading
Staff are very friendly, venue is very small though so the waxing bed is pushed up against the wall meaning the waxing all happens from one side. It's very cheap though - great value for money.
Ladies' Waxing
An okay appointment, the treatment room was a little small and cramped which made the treatment uncomfortable. Wax was fine and relatively quick.
Hollywood Waxing
Staff were very friendly and really efficient. Really happy with the wax and it was great value. The place is very small but there is AC.
