Terrible experience. Place was small and cramped- hardly any room for me to lie properly on the bed- my legs reached the wall. They charged me an extra £10 at the end despite saying it would be an extra £5 for hot wax. The actual treatment was not great. I was covered in wax at the end- thankfully I had trousers to cover it up. I had lots of patches of hair left which I had to deal with myself. Definitely not worth £47.50!! I would expect to pay that for a more luxury thorough wax.
Ladies' Waxing
I had a shellac manicure two days ago. It's already chipping, it's very poorly done, there are gaps on both sides of the nail. I'm sorry, I think I'd have done a better job than that. Definitely not coming back.
The room for the treatment was small and it got rather hot. Treatment took quite a lot longer than stated.
Brazilian Waxing
The staff are always brilliant at Alternatives-so friendly! It doesn't matter who you get either-they're all great and really thorough!
