Brilliant! The lady was lovely, made me very comfortable and I would recommend Alternatives to all my friends! Great value, speedy but thorough...everything you want from a beautician.

The place was a little small and pokey and until I was actually in the treatment room, everywhere felt like it was in the way of something else. Having said that, the actual treatment (eyelash extensions) were great, as were most of the staff.

Great service and s really lovely girl that did the service, very small place but felt well looked after and the beauticians knowledge was very good.

Lema was very attentative and gave good tips. Waxing was less painful than expected and quite quick. Happy about the experience!

The staff were really friendly and great to chat with. The treatment was really professional and had a great result. The salon itself is quite small and pokey, but in this case you get what you pay for! Would recommend highly.
