The room for the treatment was small and it got rather hot. Treatment took quite a lot longer than stated.

I was not overly impressed with the manicure I received at Alternatives. I didn't feel it was quite up to standard with ones I have received in the past, it is really messy around the cuticles and doesn't look very professional and it has already started to chip - just 3 days out. I don't think I will go back there for shellac again.
