Lucy was very professional. she went through the treatment step by step and i was very reassured. what a difference it did to my eyelashes. Lucy also did a fantastic job with my gel nails. would highly recommend.

The venue was very good but I had problems with the waxing. When she ripped off the wax it made the skin around my eyes bleed and the skin has still not healed up properly. I may need to see the doctor as it has left little lumps on the skin. Other than that she was very nice I would never have waxing again.
