Disappointed. I chose this salon because of the top ratings, good reviews and discounts. When I looked at the salon and compared it to the front of the salon across the road, I immediately got an intuition that this probably wasn’t the place for me. The lightening was cold, and the room temperature was cold. But the interior design looked decent and clean, and I had bought half head highlights so how bad could it be? My natural hair colour is medium blonde (aka dull), and I’ve had cool ashy/champagne highlights before, but this time I really wanted to enhance and lift the warm/golden undertones in my natural hair... I ended up with cool toned highlights that are barely noticeable. And £55 is a lot of money for something you don’t want. It’s not the warm golden tones I asked for. It’s ashy but it blends well with my quite dull hair colour (making it look dull and colder..). The stylist was efficient and quick in the application of the colour - some of the highlights look like they had a little too much product on them, but maybe it’ll wash out it a couple of days.
I could have given this salon 3 stars in total, because the treatment was done well, (I suppose, but pricey and wrong colour/result) and the salon is decent. The reason the I can’t give more than 2, is mostly because of the costumer service: I literally felt like I was “just another costumer” - during my treatment my stylist was on the phone more than 10 times, didn’t seem like he listened carefully to what I wanted with my hair or bothered to look at the pictures I had brought for inspiration, and it all felt very rushed. I guess I could go back, discuss the result with the stylist and hopefully find a solution with my hair colour, but honestly I wanna go and find another salon.

This salon is a real part of the community and it's much nicer to go to a salon that's part of the neighbourhood. The work was done punctually, and to a good quality. I wanted a pretty standard job and these days it's quite hard to get that !
