The ambience was fantastic - great music, immediate attention to me as I walked in the spa and a great haircut. The only thing I was surprised by was that the brushes and equipment etc are not treated in alcohol solution to avoid infections/lice transfer from one client to another. I may have been wrong and perhaps they did that...or maybe this is not a standard practice in the UK.
