Overall a good experience in Carlos salon.
From the outside it doesn't look very appealing for the lovely area they are in.
Staff is nice, everyone greets you,oeffring they typical beverages, its a family run business. Emmete did my hair and she was lovely.
She gave a thorough wash, and listened to my needs very carefully, while suggesting some changes.
I would visit again.
The only downside was there was no asking for another appointment etc like other salons do. Also I was informed for long hair charge in the end. I didn''t mind the charge it is quite common in the UK but would have liked to be told in the beginning.
The salon told me on arrival that they wouldn't be able to fulfil the order because the hairdresser hadn't turned up and there was no one else. I ended up having to spend £50 elsewhere to get my hair done at the last minute before a planned event.
great expertise and one of the best colour treatments ive ever had. the highlights look great and natural. carlos is very good at picking the right tones and very friendly.

This was my first visit to Carlos hairdressing and I highly recommend this place. I went for a haircut and blowdry and Dominic did a wonderful job. I have long Indian hair and was a bit worried that they might not know how to manage such thick hair but Dominic was very patient, listened carefully to what I wanted, gave some great suggestions and I couldn't have been happier with the end result. I'll definitely go back!

It was VALUE for money..
Nice and friendly staff and cute place . I would highly recommend it.
They didn't rush into to doing and get over with it, which was quiet nice.
