I had my treatment done by Emete and she's the best! She's very kind and she'll give you plenty of tips on how to maintain your hair straight for longer. All the staff are very nice and cheerful, as the keratin treatment is done in the basement (which turns the room in a small gas chambers and you'll cry for all the chemicals in the air!) they'll come around for a chat or joke when they have some spare time. A very nice experience indeed, now I just have to wait for 48 hours and see how my hair is after washing it… fingers crossed!
Fantastic Salon and very professional and friendly staff. I went to Carlos salon in June for the first time and I continued to go there because every time is perfect.

I went to this salon befor for a haircut and I liked it. Dominic proved to be very experienced in doing his job, he even stayed after work hours to finish with my hair and I felt the place as a leasant, welcoming environment. Nice people, nice place!

The Salon was great. I had Emete do my hair and she was brilliant. Very professional and friendly. My hair was done in less time than I expected and to a very high standard, I can't wait to be able to wash my hair to see the result! I only rated the ambiance with 3 stars because I would have preferred music playing instead of commercial radio but it didn't really bother me. Dominic even made me two coffees! I will definitely go back.
Amazing experience- very well looked after and a great salon with friendly staff. I have a half head of highlights which was expertly done and even was given some goodies to take away afterwards.
