My haircut was wonky, and the hairdresser barely asked me what I wanted or spoke to me. The water was cold when they washed my hair. I do NOT recommend.

This was my second visit to Carlos Alves and again it was a great experience. There's a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the stylists are really great.
I had a cut before my Brazilian keratin treatment. The treatment itself didn't take as long as I was expecting - including the cut I was out in under two hours - which was great.
You don't really see the full effect of the treatment until you wash you hair 48 hours afterwards. I'm really pleased with the results - I can now air dry my hair and it is shiny, healthy and straight! I used to have to blow dry my hair every time I washed, so this will save me a lot of time.

An excellent experience, really listened to what I wanted and advised me on the best style for my hair. Staff were very friendly, great attention to detail and fantastic blow-dry.
Loved the atmosphere and useful advice given. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would love to go there again. Good value haircut and overall happy with venue and its ambience. Great!
