This is a nice salon with skilled staff and good services. The blow dry left my hair shiny, smooth and straight. Antony, the stylist, couldn't have been friendlier. A very good value.
Although I found CARLOS difficult to find I was amazed at the level of service and attention to detail. My stylist was great and gave me the best haircut and finish I have had, and all for only £15 I could not ask for more!
V. pleased - the off peak price is incredible value and the service I received was pretty much everything I wanted. I have thick, long hair and basically wanted it quite a few inches shorter and thinned. The hairdresser did exactly as I asked and without being rushed (in fact being so early, warm and with soft jazz music playing, everyone was pretty sleepy), he did it in very good time - I was in and out within 45 minutes - which I would put down to him being an experienced hairdresser. I didn't actually want a full blow dry as I was going to go on a run after, but bless him, he did a little styling to make him feel like he did something :) So in summary: a good cut, really low price with no surcharge for having long hair, and super quick. What's not to like?
I visited Carlos Alves salon today for the first time. A really lovely place - relaxing environment and really friendly staff.
I had a fantastic haircut which wasn't rushed - quite rare with London hair salons - and it was such great value!
I work locally so I will definitely return to Carlos' very soon.
Great Brazilian blow dry. Real value for money. The treatment took about 3 hours but it is totally worth it! Made my hair silky and shiny. Highly recommend it. Will definitely go there again.
