Excellent value for money. The service was great and my stylist, Andrew, was very professional and gave suggestions about the styles. The location of the salon is very nice as well. Defintely recommend to everyone.
I purchased a conditioning, shampoo, cut and blow dry for my wife. Reviews looked good and a great price for what was on offer at Carlos London hairdressing.
I purchased the treatment and contacted the salon to confirm the booking. The person on the phone was abrupt and rude and totally dismissed my booking and said I had to book 2 weeks in advance. I contacted Wahanda about this and there was a total U-turn from the salon.
I guess everyone deserves a second chance
From that point on brilliant salon! Staff were friendly and made my wife feel very comfortable, also understood exactly what she wanted and executed a great haircut/style to my wife's satisfaction.
The salon is in a nice location without the stresses of a high street

I was impressed by the number of positive reviews for Carlos and decided to book. I only needed a haircut and this was done very professionally by Anthony who was friendly and relaxed. I was very pleased with the cut for the promotion price of £15. I would definitely book again and would recommend.
The Keratin Conditioning Treatment was ok, but less effective compare the first time that I have done it. The therapist was nice and professional. The venue is easy to find, but they do not have a big sign.
I had a half head of highlights done at this salon and what was advertised as a one hour appointment ended up taking roughly two and a half hours. The explanation I was given as to this was that three other clients had messed with their appointment times, which frankly should not have been my problem, given that I turned up in good time for my own. I also found the manner of the staff almost arrogant, which did not help make up for the delay in any way. Whilst the end result of the treatment is pretty good, the overall experience definitely was not enjoyable.
