Bit of a shame as I booked with the highest level and got someone who didn’t know what to do. They only put the treatment on the root and part of the hair then she realised she didn’t have enough left..so I only got about 2/3 of my hair done, so defeated the whole point of having it. Was really uncomfortable and she stood next to me while her phone was plugged in to charge and she was messaging people. Then she lounged in the basin seat behind me looking so miserable and then washed my treatment out in way less time than it should of been. I even asked why it was so soon but she totally ignored me. I then left and realise most of my hair was still wet underneath which wasnt great in December and walking home..
