The staff member who cut my hair (Anthony?) possibly said 5words to me for the entire 1 ½ hrs I was at the salon. I showed him a couple of photos of the style I liked, and to be fair, his cut was not bad. It's not quite as modern and edgy as I would have liked, but usable.
And while I really do NOT enjoy crazy chattiness by hairdressers I've just met, his stony silence made me feel quite uncomfortable and rather unwanted. Not necessarily the sentiment you would want a potential long-term client to have at her first visit.
I preferred my first haircut at this place from a different barber. Service and standards are still very good and i will continue to come back.
