The staff and salon were great but my haircut turned out nothing like the photos I brought and my stylist barely looked at the photo despite my attempting to show it to her multiple times.

Went for a restyle and I’m really disappointed with the result. Not what I asked for and instead I have awkward uneven hair. It’s so bad I now have to try and go somewhere else to be fixed.

The staff at Alvez were friendly from the start. Klodia is lovely and patient. She took her time to find out what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. She understood what kind of cut I wanted and I never once felt like she was rushing. It was one of the best haircuts and experiences I have had. I would recommend her and the salon, and I will definitely be returning.
