I went there for permanent waves but ending with proper curls. Apparently it is because it is supposed to relax a bit in the first week but it did not happen. I asked for my hair to be trimmed a bit as well (like 2inches) and ended paying more for a trim (which was more than I asked for btw) than the perm itself... £70 for cutting 2inches isn't normal. Overall fairly disappointed by the experience.
