The wash felt really rough and the lady kept scratching my scalp with her nails. The actual cut was good, she listen eww to what I wanted but she also burnt my scalp whilst blow drying my hair, despite me saying the temperature was too high

Alvina listened to what I wanted and worked with me to achieve a result I was happy with (as opposed to some hairdressers who half-listen, then just do what they think you said). She seemed really experienced and I felt like I was in good hands. Very happy with my haircut.
