Worst facial ever....... I have never experienced such a poor value for money, unprofessional visit to a salon. I don’t even know where to start.... the fact I was put into a ‘room’ connected to the hair salon where I could hear the hairdryers and conversations happening, as if I were sat in one of the hairdresser chair, they fact my 55 minute session was taken up by me lying with a face mask on for half an hour whilst the beautician serviced someone in the hair salon, or the fact that 20 seconds after my facial had finished, I was ushered out of there, as if I wasn’t wanted. Waste of money. No extraction or steam service offered as per normal practice with any microdermabrasion. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if they were offering the facial for free.

Over two years ago I discovered Alvinas - a very local hairdresser. What a discovery! I no longer have to travel up to a London salon and pay at least £180 for a cut and blow dry because Alvina does it just as well for a fraction of the cost. I think this says it all. I look forward to my weekly visit to a really all round lovely salon.

Had a full head tint and cut on Saturday. Saira done the colour and Alvina done the wash and cut, I was so pleased with the colour as I was going to a deep red, so very different from my current colour. The cut was lovely, the ladies are so nice, even offered me some lunch and fruit tea whilst I was there. overall experience was a very quick but enjoyable experience, ill definitely be using this salon in future. So pleased with the results and so much cheaper than most chains, where I have had terrible experiences with. Glad to be putting my money into a friendly local business.
